  1. i definitely agree about the structure of a burger it kinda annoys me when i can't bite into a burger without wearing half of it.

  2. Bacon, sauteed mushrooms, and swiss cheese. Maybe a little caramelized onion. Horseradish and / or mustard, but not too much. Done. Oh, and lightly toast the bun, add just a tiny amount of butter to keep it from getting soggy. Absolutely delicious, and not too big or messy to eat.
