  1. I think his problem was that the patties were still fridge cold which causes uneven cooking. The outside gets charred and/or dry while the inside stays raw because it couldn't reach the right temp in time. He also shouldn't flatten the patties to shit either and cook them on too high heat that's just making it worse. This guy or whoever did the recipe,if you can call it that, sucks.

  2. When you come to the comments to say that there was no cheese or any other thing to make the burger nice. Instead you find a bunch of idiots who like their meat ruined by eating it well done. Take that well doneness and go die.

  3. Executive chef at a high school? In my school cafeterias the lunch ladies looked like witch haired cat ranchers they rounded up at the bus station that morning. The extent of their culinary training was read the directions on the back of a frozen pizza.

  4. burgers are different than steaks. steaks can be way more red and bloodier than that. but i always heard you're suppose to cook ground beef of any sort 100%

  5. This is what happens when a "trained chef" craps up a burger. They just don't know. Holy undead cow batman. At least cook the damned thing. Ground beef is NOT safe like steak usually is. At all.

  6. 90% of the magic is in the meat blend, and how it's worked and formed. This shows NOTHING that helps make a great burger.

  7. Do people not eat good? I guess you’re just used to a McDonald’s over done dry burger but to each it’s own. That burger is medium rare and would taste damn good. If you’ve ever ordered a burger at a high class expensive restaurant you’d know.
