– 1 chopped onions
– 1 cup chopped parsley
– Green peppers: to taste
– 1tbs cumin powder
– 1/2 tbs coriander powder
– 1/2 tbs garam masala
– 1/2 tbs chilli flakes
– 2 tbs ginger/garlic flakes

  1. I learned yesterday to take skinless chicken breasts and cut up in cubes and place in my food processor to create really healthy ground chicken. With that I made home made chilly, home made stuffed zucchini. Yum!

  3. Her math is way off even if you have boneless skinless chicken breast which is very lean, its 6 ounces per ounce. How the hell she get 23 grams protein from 3 ounce patty with added ingredients that don't have no protein value
