  1. Why why why do all the steak and or burger videos featuring such under-cooked meat? Just because I don't care for a tatrtar burger I am a Luddite? Cook the damn meat, don't just warm it a bit. Geeesh. It looks freaking delicious until you realize its not cooked. No doubt she has passion, maybe she needs a instant read meat thermometer?
