Junkyard Dog Burger Recipe!

145

I love “Street Dogs” wrapped in bacon with crazy toppings on them. They were born in Sonora Mexico and made their way up to Hollywood, where street venders serve them up as the sun goes down. The Junkyard Dog Burger was inspired by these over-the-top hotdogs. Enjoy!
Junkyard Sauce Recipe:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tbs chili sauce (brand I buy is linked below)
1 tbs yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs diced pickled jalapeno peppers

  1. I don't really dig the idea of hotdogs in a burger but I get the inspiration and the idea. Burger looks great besides that imo

  2. What is the dimension of the burger press you used? It's efficient for mass production at an event/festival. Got someone to make it, just need the measurement. Great recipe, love the simplicity and ease of preparation and cooking.

  3. The thumb nail is disgusting, the video is on pause so I don't have to see this nasty shit.

Just thought I'd let you know.
