The Lemmy Burger Recipe!


My tribute to the Late Great Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead. This was designed around the foods Lemmy actually liked to eat. Enjoy!
Jack Daniel’s Glaze Recipe:
1 cup Jack Daniel’s (or other bourbon)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt to taste
Mix well and bring to a boil. Simmer until sauce thickens.

  2. Greg, I went to brunch Sunday and ordered a burger called “the Graceland” it was… two patty’s, bacon jam, peanut butter and sliced banana on toasted brioche. It was oddly good.

  4. I recommend a barbeque sauced pastrami burger on brioche if you're serving baked beans with your burger. Really explosive combo, fried pastrami and 75-25 Ground chuck fused by a layer of American cheese.

    Been a fan for 3 years now man. Love your work!
