  1. I am 54 years young. I've had a total hysterectomy and one ovary left. Obviously I do not have a cycle but hot flashes and night sweats. I also have trouble sleeping but even though I'm single and not dating but I am always horney.  I am 5'6 at 150 lbs. with a diagnosis of diabetes.  A diagnosis of 30 years. I have done everything that I know of.  I am presently on insulin and I am not happy about it.,  when I know this is reversible.  Help. I also is that skinny fat look. In my research I know the liver is probably fatty. Oh and I do have  the mood swings…Help. I am vegan for just 3 months.. I work out everyday 30 minutes in the am and 30 minutes in the evening.. I'm in bed at 10pm. I do not eat after 8pm. It is very important that I stop this freight train called diabetes in my bloodline. It's time to derail it. Sincerely
