  1. if you (as a woman) have developed a resistance to leptin it does not matter how much you increase it. primarily women on average have higher levels of leptin then men anyway. I would suggest looking up 10 foods for weight loss and correct resistance to leptin. It may help prevent you (as women) from getting frustrated when increased leptin levels doesn't work.
    men naturally has a higher metabolism but lower leptin levels. you guys would benefit from understanding increased leptin levels. I'm not an expert I and my husband are both doing exactly what I've said here because we are both obese. I've lost 5 lbs already and I just started 3 days ago.

  4. I like how you provide viewers with the GOOD ways in balancing your leptin levels.. Too much leptin can lead to a defensive mechanism 'leptin resistance', which is caused by sugar and high fatty foods, leading to obesity. so yeah take her advice and obviously avoid those foods as much as you can. BUT do read up on leptin resistance, it is quite interesting topic to research if you're into nutrition/biochemistry.
