  7. I loved this. So informational. I have a question about nursing/weaning. I breastfed for over 2 and a half years and quit due to having every symptom of low progesterone. This is my second child and the second one i nursed for a prolonged period and also the second time in my life i am over weight and sad. I had healthy pregnancy, birth, walked out of the hospital feeling great and over the years of nursing i packed on 50 to 60 pounds, my pms feels 3 weeks long rather than my normal 4 days of evil. With ny first child 5 years ago i lost all my weight and my happiness came back within 6 months, i quit a month and a half ago and i am wondering if there is something natural i can do to raise my progesterone levels so i can be less tired and less annoyed by life?
