  5. Hello Dr.Berg
After i went Abroad a year ago i gained a lot of weight now i am trying to lose weight since i came back home for now i am trying by changing my eating habits, since i work in a grocery market and i produce my own vegetables i want to skip breakfast since i am not hungry in the morning anyway then then eat at 1-2pm some spinach and parsley and celery leaves in one meal since those foods are in season now and i have plenty then i would only eat when i get home at around 7-8 PM also my work does involve a moderate amount of moving around, could you tell me if this is a good idea also i do not have time to do any running or gym activities, also already have a small belly that means i probably have a fatty liver, could you tell me what else should i do?
