Day one looks like this:

♥♥♥ MEAL ONE ♥♥♥

1/2 cup oatmeal (dry amount) made with water
1/2 cup strawberries
6 egg whites cooked with 1 yolk

♥♥♥ MEAL TWO ♥♥♥

1 cup green vegetables
6 oz. or 170g chicken breast

♥♥♥ MEAL THREE ♥♥♥

Tuna wrap made with 150g tuna (in spring water)
1 slice of pita bread
1 Tbsp. fat-free mayo
1 cup spinach leaves

♥♥♥ MEAL FOUR ♥♥♥

Protein shake made w/ 30 g whey protein

Chicken salad made with 6 oz. or 170g chicken breast
2 Tbsp. Italian dressing (optional)
1/2 medium tomato or 100g cherry tomatoes,
1 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup broccoli

  1. I couldn’t believe it when my colleague informed me regarding the diet plan “lyly amazing guide” he’d discovered. Search it on Google. I really could hardly believe my eyes when she dropped 15.6 pounds so quickly I could almost watch the lbs melt away as she worked.
