1 Ground Turkey And Cabbage 210 calories (1 serving)

Ingredients

1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper

Preparation

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ginger and garlic and onion and cook 1-2 minutes. Add shredded carrots, and cabbage cover and cook until cabbage is tender, 1-2 minutes
Push carrots, and cabbage to the side and add olive oil, add ground turkey and cook until no pink remains.

Stir to combine with vegetables, add soy sauce and salt and pepper, stir to combine and Transfer mixture to serving dish . enjoy!

2 Pasta With Turkey And Asparagus 320 calories (1 serving)

Ingredients

1/4 cups uncooked penne pasta
1/4 cup fresh asparagus
1/4 medium sweet yellow pepper, julienned
1 tsp olive oil

3 Corn And Red Bean Salad 300 calories (1 serving)

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped lettuce
2 oz whole kernel corn, drained
2 oz red Beans, drained, rinsed
4 cherry tomatoes
1tbsp Lime Juice
1 tspCilantro
1 tbsp olive oil

  1. I liked your video. I will be trying out these recipes, but I do have a question about how you figured out the Nutrition Labels. Each of the 3 Recipes contain at least 1 TBSP. of Olive Oil which figures out to be a least 14 g Total Fat and 120 Calories by itself. How does each of your recipes average 5 g or less Total Fat? My Nutritionist tells me to watch the amount Oil used in cooking my food, they are fattening, she says.
