    I need some receipes- which are best for maintain diet.. for breakfast lunch snacks and dinner…
    And they should remain unspoiled for whole day(My breakfast time is 8am and dinner 8pm)…
    I have only half an hour for making my whole day food at home as my schedule is super tight and I use to be outside for whole day
    I have to loose 8-9kgs in two months for my new project.. I exercise fr an hour a day… But with my busy schedule I couldn't manage to make food and m gaining weight very rapidly
