  1. RJFit, great video…I'm trying to start IF to cut some BF but the window isn't working out for me. What are your thoughts if I workout and that ends around 6 but I don't eat until 9?

  3. I love your videos! I'm in high school and have a busy schedual like most of us, so I love going to YouTube for meal prep ideas. I'm 15 5'7 and 112 pounds, I want to try to covert to muscle. I'm happy with my weight but would love more muscle for ballet. It's hard to try and get enough protein and fit in time to workout though

  4. Another fantastic and very informative video Sir. For the omelet try putting the peppers and onions in the pan first for a few minutes then pour the egg mix over it. This will help bring out the flavors a lot more.
