These are my ultimate go-to smoothies in the morning and they are PACKED with antioxidants, protein, vitamins, and FLAVOR! BOTH of these smoothies are VEGAN (sub whey protein for hemp or pea protein)

  1. I don't care what you say, adding sugar from fruit with fat from the peanut butter and avacado then adding protein powder is NOT gonna burn a gram of body fat from anybody!

    You should know better that fruit and protein powders spike your insulin, which itself is not a great thing to do. And since insulins purpose is to break down carbs into glucose and push nutrients into cells, where do you think any unused, blood glucose and that fat added is gonna go? Yeah, it gets pushed into the fat cells.

    Not only that but during the next few hours while the insulin is still in your blood it blocks the hormones that allow fat to be released from the fat cells. This has been proven beyond any doubt to be a well researched fact of medical science and exactly the reasons for why both the keto diet and intermittent fasting are so effective and healthy. It's also why eating 6 times a day or whatever to "boost your metabolism" is an absolute bullshit of a myth based on out of date research done in the 70's.

    Sorry, but neither of these concoctions are fat burners. They're packed with good nutrition (even though they're far from being the ideal combination!) but they're definitely NOT gonna burn fat off anybody.

    Eating good fats (even eating a LOT of good fats) doesn't make you fat. In fact it does the exact opposite. Eating fat doesn't make your pancreas release insulin. But when you consume carbs and fats together (or protein and carbs together) then you're most definitely not burning any body fat while that's in your system.
