  3. Hi I love your videos and they are so helpful! Can you do a video on shoulder and back workout? My shoulder and back is really fat and ugly, I wonder what exercises can help with that!! Thank you!

  4. Thank you so much for all of your videos Chloe! I used to be anorexic and had many body issues, though I started following your videos to build muscle and what foods to make that wouldn't bother my stomach and i made a full recovery. Thank you so much 🙂 and bless you!!

  5. Love watching your videos and you're just amazing. You inspire me a lot. Thank you so much. If you could film a video to tone legs (calves in particular) that'd be great. Love you.

  6. Dear Chloe,

SOS. I just recently got my first job. I've been there for a month now. Without telling too much, I work 50 hours a week but will work more when the seasons (Chrismas and Halloween, etc.) come around. This is also a job where a pull a heavy cart around all day; I'm always on my feet! In a usual day at work, I drink two 24oz bottles of water and eat whatever I pack. But here's the thing: I am a picky eater. I don't like things reheated especially. So I've been bringing in chips and jerky. I knew it wasn't particularly healthy, but I didn't think much of it.
Now my stomach seems to growl 24/7 and have pains like I'm not eating enough. Again, I was kind of concerned, but thought nothing of it. But someone I hadn't seen in a week and a half saw me the other day and told me I had lost weight– they could see it on my face, which I have been told is the first place that will show that you are losing weight. That's all fine and good, I do need to lose a bit of weight and the job is keeping me from bad foods that I used to eat often. But what do I eat to make sure I'm not going to be unhealthy? How can I find food I won't waste my money on for the possibility that I won't like it?

    Thank you!
