  1. I never changed my eating habits but i increased my water intake and reduced junk foods , and i work out everyday for at least half an hour , i am doing this from 12 days and i am seeing great result.. the content in this video is unnecessary..eat healthy food and workout .

  3. I agree with most of this, however, eating meats is not good for you and are not easily digesting by our bodies. I would replace the meat with beans and legumes. They are natural food sources grown by mother nature. I am not a vegan, but certainly interested in going that route.
