  1. Hi, Thank you for your tips. As from next month, Ramadan going to start which means. While fasting from dawn until sunset, Muslims refrain from consuming food, drinking liquids for 30 days. My question do you have any advice on exercise and diet for it? Would be nice to have your professional opinion on it.

  2. Rice are carbohydrates, you need to keep under 50grams a day for fat loss, shouldn’t be adding rice, all the rest is perfect

  3. Nice meal,Straightforward&healthy..Now I already eat like this(No meat but plenty of Veggies,Chicken or fish)But I have to remember the Coconut Oil(I'v heard good things about this&I luv Coconut)
