  1. I dont use any of that rubbish cause of your intestines . I simply have a glass of water with every meal and half a grapefruit every morning and that works for me . Dont listen to that nonsense unless you want trouble ?

    Baking Soda is FINE… BUT NOT JUST BEFORE or AFTER EATING!!!
    AS YOU NEED ACID IN YOUR STOMACH TO DIGEST YOUR FOOD!!!

    Baking Soda will NEUTRALIZE that acid if you take it too close to MEALS!
    IT WILL KEEP YOUR STOMACH from DIGESTING PROTEINS….
    AS WELL AS KEEP VITAMIN B12 FROM BEING DIGESTED and ABSORBED!

    BAKING SODA is GOOD FOR YOU!!!
    TAKE IT!!!
    JUST TAKE IT IN BETWEEN MEALS!!!
    A GOOD 2 1/2 HOURS AFTER or BEFORE MEALS!!!

  3. lemon/ ACV  are  acidic in nature, baking soda is basic in nature. both element will react with each other and will neutralize each other. this formula can never work …..
