  2. Oh lord! I'm so glad I found your channel! I love food but I love my waistline too! These meal preps makes me wanna eat all the time! I'm usually high fat low carb but I like loadsa flava so this is so up my street. I love the enthusiasm but mostly how easy the recipes are to follow and the fact that you include the macros.
