  2. Following unsuccessfully trying a number of different eating plans, I had just about given up. I simply never received any substantial results. But the diet “lyly amazing guide” (Google it) came out to be the program for me. In only one week, seven days, I actually lost 10 lbs.

  3. I've just found your vlogs on here for what you.eat abd they are so helpful. how do you know or howcan I learn how many calories and in fruit, veg rice etc? I want to start your idea of calories counting with your points but I have no idea on how many calories are in things. x
