In this recipe i have noticed that you used curd, is it good to heat curd?, in Ayurveda doctors do say that we should not heat curd or mix with non veg, But i have seen many traditional recipes and non veg recipes in which they are heating curd or mixing with non veg. I think you are the right person to clear my doubts, thanks in advance
