Dr. Berg talks about the best times to eat to lose weight. The technique we are using a technique called intermittent fasting to solve insulin resistance. And don’t worry about losing your muscle, because both Growth Hormone (GH) and testosterone will protect you against muscle loss.

But the goal is to only eat two meals a day, however, for most people they must start with three meals a day and gradually transition to two meals a day. However, the best time to eat is 11:30 in the am and then at 5:00 pm in the evening. Add protein, greens, and fat with each meal. If you add more fat with a meal, you will be able to go longer.
However, this is the fastest way and even the easiest way to lose belly fat.

  2. What about insulin being most active in the morning? What about eating breakfast and skipping dinner? Or doing meals every 12hrs, like on the 8s 8am and 8pm?

  3. I dont want to lose weight…i want to lose fat. I dont wake up and start my day till 12, does that mean dinner is at 530? What if i wanted to just do one meal a day? When is a good time

  5. Well, I'm Muslim so I guess I don't need this, haha
    The religion obligate us to do fasting for one whole month in specific time of the year, and our prophet suggest us to do fasting every Monday and Thursday, or if you want and can, one every two days, and we also have 2 eating times in that fasting day (before dawn and dusk) it's kind of amazes me to see people outside of my community talk about fasting

  6. I'm from Argentina and I wake up at 6 am every day, there's no way I can't wait till 11.30 am to eat and I go to sleep at around 12am every day, I usually eat dinner at around 9/10pm there's NO WAY I can eat dinner at 5pm. This can't be healthy!

  7. I do this. I've always done this. I always feel full. I basically eat dinner at noon. Lol i always thought i was doing wrong. I can actually eat once a day lol but i dont. Im glad its ok to do this. I always keep in mind- "eat to live not live to eat" i forgot who said it. 🙂

  8. I eat at 1pm and 6pm because my work days start a bit later. I’ve only been intermittent fasting for 4 days and haven’t lost pounds, but my stomach has shrunk about 3 inches! I was surprised at how less hungry I’m feeling throughout the day! So glad I stumbled upon this channel!

  9. Can somone give examples of wht actuuly to eat in a proper fulling meal…..like salad steam vegies n ..fruits can b added in diet same time or eaten seperatly…or shd avoid fruit
    Can we drink water tea .green tea in between…
