Hey flip man I have a question, when writing up a deal and I want to buy and hold for myself for rental property are there two closing cost or one do the buyer and seller both have closing cost to pay when figuring a deal. Also how would I ask some one to back me on a buy and hold for myself deal and when telling the backer or buyer about the deal say I got the property for 16,500 repairs 10,000, holding cost 2500 do I add those three figures together and that would be the price I give the buyer/lender so the price I give him would be $29000 .
