Check out this video of my coaching student Adina who is standing in front of the first property that she wholesaled and flipped for a total profit of $10,000 ($8,109 net after closing costs and funding fees).
This is Adina’s first deal and she acquired this property from a $2 bandit sign. The seller called her looking to sell their house and Adina offered her $45,000 for the house. She put an ad on Craigslist to sell the house for $60,000 and found a buyer willing to pay $55,000. She flipped this house to that buyer for a gross profit of $10,000. Her net profit on this deal was $8,109 after closing costs and funding fees.

The videos that I have posted on You Tube show examples of students that have flipped houses. I show you this in order to encourage you. In order for you to see how ordinary people like me and my students (who were just like you) are making money flipping houses. I do this in order to show you that you could be doing this too.
These are actual case studies of students that have wholesaled and flipped houses without putting up any cash. Many of these videos were shot on location in front of the first or second house that they flipped. Some of the videos were shot on location at our boot camp where they shared their story of the first house that they flipped with other students. I have found no better way to share with new investors how this is achievable and doable than to show new students past students of mine that are now flipping houses and making money.
