  1. Think you guys underestimate the lengths people will go to to own a home. Basically taking advantage of people's ignorance

  2. Instead of making 12 offers and sending them to your realtor directly, just make an (LOI) which is a non-binding offer on the house or property. This way the offer can be excepted or denied faster!

    1st, You said there was an IRA disc below your video, Where? Couldn’t find it and could REALLY use it.
    2nd, Ron, I bought your program about 30-some odd years ago, but unfortunately was in the throes of a divorce and never got to use it. Also, never found it, (although I have my suspicions). Ron was one of the biggest RE Gurus and trained thousands of students, many of which did very well by him. ( I’ve known some of them).
    3rd, For all you NAYSAYERS below me, You will never know what you lost out on, because you missed the boat, and I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR YOU. You should walk in someone’s shoes before you knock them.

  6. This is too complicated in my country. Sick of renting. Wish I could do this. Sick of slaving at work paying someone else's mortgage. HELP

  7. So what happens if you're unable to secure a buyer during the time period between your purchase acceptance date and closing? Either you must buy the house yourself and then attempt to resell it (If this is the case you'll incur closing costs) or you forfeit your deposit. Seems that there is some risk to this.
