Learn how to enable wifi tethering at http://www.phonebuff.com/2012/05/enableuse-wi-fi-hotspot-tethering-android/
In this video, I show you how to enable and use the Wi-Fi hotspot feature on Android which allows you to connect other Wi-Fi devices to your phone to share an internet connection. Note that you either have to have an unlocked phone or have the hotspot add-on with your wireless carrier’s plan in order for this to work.
To do this, go to your Android phone’s settings, then to Wireless and Networks. From here, tap on tethering & portable hotspot. Then check the box next to “portable wi-fi hotspot’ to enable it. You can change the settings of the hotspot by hitting “configure Wi-Fi hotspot” which allows you to rename the connection or password protect it.
