It’s time to buy the first house we can afford…and it’s absolutely garbage. It’s bad, real bad. It looks like a homeless convention rolled in or something. But, we do find out that there is big money to be made if you buy and clean it up, close to 40% actually. Beyond that, we need to make some additional cash by getting some more jobs and making that money!

Hello everybody, I’m Gray! I love doing let’s plays and tutorials of games, such as Happy Room, Conan Exiles, Raft, My Summer Car, Hello Neighbor, Brick Rigs, Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, and BeamNG.Drive. I’ve got at least two new videos coming out every day focusing on gameplay, tutorials, tips and tricks, and bonus videos coming out of the newest Indie games as well. Thanks for checking me out!

  1. but when i downloaded this on my acer chrome laptop it doesnt load because the ads overpower it 🙁 please help me because it wont let me un install it either so its taking up storage… and i realllllyyyyy want it to load! game looks awesome 🙂 🙁 help me pleaseeeeeeeeee

  2. One thing I found about this game is when you have done so much, doing one of the missions at some point you end up getting 400k plus as your reward BUT then all the houses you can buy to work on and sell are totally in good repair and already full of stuff, so there is no real point to having all the cash lol

  3. this is stupid you buy a house for x money then you clean it and put some stuff in it that cost money from you bank which cost y amount of money and in the end you get x + y + 5$ – 100$ so that means you get like no money from it.

  4. me and my father bought a house rent to own listing said it only needed to be cleaned, turned out the previous renters had 12 cats…. (we didnt know at the time we signed the papers and paid the lawyer about 7k)it was a upstairs and downstairs and was kinda split into two apartments we saw the outside of the house, it looked a bit messy but y'know the ad said it needed to be cleaned, well it turned out that the previous renters had literally packed up and left, leaving the 12 cats locked in the basement apartment, for 4 months during the summer…. now you think thats bad, well it gets worse, they left a sink dripping so the cats had constant water (also it overflowed and went down the floor drain under the subfloor) and left more then enough food for the cats to comfortably live for that period of time…. so when we got the keys and went in we were greeted to a stench… a smell so bad so vile that both of us (my father who does renos and restorations and has delt with the worst of septic backups) almost spewed our lunches from the smell, we went and got protective gear as a smart person would and masks and proceeded to open all the windows then remove hundreds of pounds of cat waste we probably filled about 5 of those big bins with the wheels, with that… then we proceeded to demolish and remove everything from the basement walls floors drop ceiling (cats had crawled up there and used it also as a bathroom) after it was completely gutted we left all the windows open and sprayed some heavy heavy cleaners and let that sit for afew days before scrubbing every inch of everything until it was all clean. the other thing is the owner who we signed the contract to pay rent until the mortgage is paid slipped up and said service master (who is a cleaning/ restoration/clean up company) would of charged 51 thousand dollars just to clean it up to make it livable and not a biohazzard, thats not putting it back to rights as a basement apartment. so yeah, thats my house horror story.

  5. When renovating our house, when my parents were taking down the ceiling in the basement, mice skeletons fell from the ceiling. At least that’s what I’ve been told

  6. House horror story:  A few years ago, the only work I could find was taking somewhat dangerous work to repair housing units that were low/subsidized income.  I have more than a few horror stories, but since this is one that stands out as an apartment I was supposed to renovate to a level to make it habitable for the next tenant to destroy it.  I opened the door and walked in and the smell of rotting human flesh hit me, for those of you that know what death smells like, this was the same.  I was sure I was going to find a human corpse, and I even started to call the police but decided against doing that immediately as this was a neighborhood where you didn't want people to know you called the police for no reason so I pressed on.  In the master bedroom, there was a filthy mattress on the floor among the detritus of the previous tenants, and I have no doubt the mattress was contributing to the smell.  The main source of the smell was a huge pile, figure four feet high and piling out of the corner. of female sanitary napkins that had never been disposed of for some reason.  I wound up replacing all of the sheetrock in that house just to get rid of that horrible smell.

  7. What job was it you were doing to go to that house with the bucket? still wanna know the job before but I've not found your tell all video so far…..
