  1. Thank you for sharing this — especially speaking to the idea of being judged by the audience and that part of T-Repeater medication 😀 Bravo!

  2. I am really afraid of giving public speech because I am cross-eyed. I cant look people in the eyes because I am so afraid that they will notice my damaged eyes. I´m so ashamed and dont know what to do. I have to start teaching at university next week and I really dont know how I am going to survive this.

  3. "There are two things to overcome the fear or public speaking, the first we can't do anything about because it's fucking genetic" … wtf am I supposed to do with that

  4. hi guys, the best success that i've had was with the Seans Shy Program (i found it on google) – definately the most incredible method that I have ever tried.

  5. Interesting. However, he would impress me, or, I would see him as an authority, when he would give this talk in one take. The fact that there has been cut in his presentation, makes him less credible as an instructor for people who fear speaking in public.

  6. I was doing a presentation when I all of a sudden switched language… then I got nervous about it because every one was like: wait what was that…yeah I would have gotten an A because of the good information in my presentation but I got a C because…. well I spoke Danish about 10% of the time I talked

  7. There are several factors in reducing shyness naturally . One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Seans Shy Program (google it if you're interested) definately the best blueprint i've heard of. Check out all the interesting information .

  8. I'm the type of person that if I do it so many times over and over again, it will become natural and I won't be scared of it anymore. Tomorrow is the last day of school and I have to give an opening prayer, and I'm nervous but relieved at the same time, because I know it's one step closer to overcoming my fear. Sometimes I like to think that talking in front of an audience or small crowd is exactly the same as talking to a group of friends or just even one individual. I've been practicing my prayer all day today, and we actually practiced as a class too. When I had to recite my speech for the rehearsal, I did it better than I thought because it was totally unexpected and edited too, so some parts i had never seen before. But honestly, I want all stress and worry to go away because tomorrow is the last day of school, and nobody really cares if I mess up because they're itching to get out as much as I to finish my prayer. My get-through thoughts are, when you open your eyes again, it will be over and your future self will be happy with the results. I know this doesn't make any sense but I'm just ranting to become more positive.
