  1. Thank you Dr. Watkins. Wealth and ownership amongst US. WE need to move like the people of Israel and the people of China. WE have to invest TOGETHER and stick TOGETHER like they do. I have fallen victim to ignorance like many of OUR brothers. WE have woken up! IT IS NOT TOO LATE! Please teach us. THANK YOU! #RICHDADPOORDAD

  2. Now you say that black people should be investing in the stock market now. While the market is going up, earnings per share is going down.
So how exactly are we going to make all if this money if this is the case?

  3. I've been in the stock market for a while now Dr. Watkins, and yes, you're right. Let's see how many blacks break out of the "the other guy's ice is colder" mentality. Hope they wake up.

  4. My article on Sears Holdings can be found in the link below, most people think Sears is a dying retail store but it is a holding company with over 15B in real estate so even if all the sears and Kmart stores close you still can't lose money, they are renting out the closed stores to other stores, the stock is about $8 because people think it's ONLY a retail store but they Own Kenmore, Diehard and an insurance company and Shop Your Way

  5. u keep saying do this and do that….start making videos on what to invest in….u no they don't teach us this…..how…..make a video for dummies

  6. Many black people do not understand the stock market because so many have been dealing with misinformation and old wives tails that have been handed down through generations.
Lack of education in economics and an unwillingness to learn anything new is also holding people back.
White people have been making money in the stock market for generations, so this nothing new for them.
But, black people have had to dragged kicking and screaming into the world of stocks because they have had other things to deal with.

  7. Not to discourage any of you (especially under the wisdom on Dr. Watkins), but (to unsophisticated me) the stock market is a HUGE bubble that is POISED to crash soon, just like Amerikkka under our new neanderthal-Cheeto-colred president. I think it is a BETTER scenario to encourage black people to start their own businesses. POOL your money and start BUSINESSES…preferably ones allowing money to stay in black communities.

  8. I believe the cryptocurrency investment will give a great return on your investment. While Bitcoin is the number one by volume, The Billion Coin (TBC) is the one of choice. All stocks fluctuate and are subject to the effects of speculation, the economy and political conditions. The same is true for Bitcoin. TBC increases in value everyday by 1% – 5%. It never depreciates. I recommend diversifying your investments with TBC.

  9. Use the web. Stocks are organized based on the which company they belong to: Dow Jones, S&P, etc and then what kind of company they are: Electronics, Manufacturing, Software, etc. Then you can search based on the price of the stock. Every 4 months all publicly traded companies have to give a quarterly earnings report. Many times these are key points in the stock price over the year. So look at companies, find those in the price range you want to buy and then look at the news and do research about that company. Find a company that you thing will be "hot" in the next year or more. Also IPOs are also listed in advance of them being available. Then buy low and sell high.

And always set aside money you can afford to lose and aren't going to die if you lose it.
Join Ameritrade or one of those kinds of online stock portfolios and use their tools to do research and monitor stock values for selected companies. Then start picking stock (not buying yet) and just watch to see how your hunches work out. Then start buying. Also pay atention to the commissions that are charged on the trades and also keep in mind that you may not always be able to buy the stock at the bidding price.
