  3. Great advice. I did these things on my own. I basically quit eating crap, and I started to pay attention to when I'm full and when I'm actually hungry. And now I can't even eat as much as I used to. I dropped about 30 pounds in the last three months. If I plateau I don't care. I just stick to what I'm doing and break those plateaus. It's pretty simple if you focus and want to make a change. I changed my diet, but I didn't pick a diet. That's the key. It gets way easier the longer you do it.
