Bro can you make a video that explain calorie deficit (and its Calculations), how to get into it and how to measure the amount of calories from food labels and Vegetables & Fruits ( assuming complete noobity )?……I want incorporate it into my IF but having troubles of how to measure my calorie intake……I've watched many videos but they don't explain how they measure the exact calories intake for the day, they only show the type of food and time periods

  2. Sometimes I get confused because I know we need to get rid of stress, but I'm also told that exercise induces stress which produces cortisol as well.  So Exercise induces cortisol by putting your body under stress.  :o/  Confused!!

  6. Thanks Brix but unfortunately the stress is a big part of my life. Getting past a divorce and an ex wife whom I still care for is a big strain on this I’m sure but I’m staying focused on my eating and I hit the gym everyday except one day. So crossing my fingers and hoping for the best!
