  1. Sleep and rest is a major key. I usually sleep in 4 hour intervals but recently started forcing myself to get more rest and I can tell the difference.

  2. I think my job def helps me with fat loss. I work at Costco and on an average day I’ll log about 15k steps. This on top of IF and the gym 4 days a week helped me get over my plateau. 95 lbs lost in a year n a half. 10 lbs until I’m out of the 200s.

  3. I am a new sub just wanted to ask. Coming from where you were, did you have stretch marks and how did you deal with them in terms of getting rid of them or lowering the appearance of them on the body.
