9 Cardinal Principles of Successful Weight Management

295

This video covers the cardinal principles of weight loss. This list of principles goes back to Dec. of 2013, as I was still dropping the pounds. Not much changed between now and then!

*** I’m sorry about the rumbly audio quality in this video. Not sure why that happened.

  1. Stop eating ANY fat in any form including milk. And of course butter etc. when you do this it forces your body to dig deep inside and consume the visceral fat. The brain and heart MUST have fat in some form. If you want to lose the deep fat fast, stop consuming ANY fat. Your body will be forced to use your stored fat. It has no choice. Eat the big salad and force your body to feed off your own fat.

  2. These are great principals! I love how straight forward and informative the video was. It also managed to be practical but uplifting. Thank you so much for sharing this!

  3. I am on day15 of OMAD. I had my first splurge day yesterday. I was quite nervous about doing it. It went well, I am right back to OMAD. So grateful for this way of life.

  4. The audio is fine. I wish I could get my wife to stop shoving so much food into her pie-hole. She has developed such a tummy. And she gives me shit for my fasting even though I have lost over 45 pounds.

  5. Your presentations/info are so simply given, no b.s. at all. That is why your channel is on the top of my list.

  7. This is one of the most beautiful barrages of truths that I needed to hear spoken out loud. You've inspired me to realize being fat is a choice. I'm nearing losing my 50th pound because of you

  8. By the way, you said that we dont have to follow this OMAD program after we reach our goal. After we reach our goal, whats Next ?do we have to keep going the same way we succed with OMAD program?

  9. Today I beguin with this program I hope to keep on. I apreciatte very much what you tell us with all these very interesting vídeos. 10. Hi. This is is my second day of OMAD. I've been fat pretty much all my life. I've been a binge eater and I have Type 2 diabetes. I have tried everything! I'm hoping that your way of eating will be the breakthrough for me. I like the fact that I'm not on a restrictive diet, just a timed way of eating. I've really enjoyed watching your videos, you are an inspiration, and I Iove the way you don't sugar coat the difficulties. So many diets tell you how you'll never feel hungry etc but not you. So far I've had hunger pangs all day, but like you said, that's normal and, boy, I really enjoy my food when I eat in the evening. Anyway, I just wanted to say "thank you" and hope life is going well for you.

  11. Hi, question for you, I know working out is discouraged on this diet, but is it ok to do yoga and other flexibility activities?
