  1. If you can’t afford a personal trainer, join a boot camp gym where you do group hiit (high intensity interval training) classes. You can usually find a groupon for the first month so you can really give it a good try.

  2. Thank you! This really helped and further encouraged me. I'm only almost 2 months into my gluten free and daily kale shake lifestyle change and have already went down a shirt size- just a shirt size, but I feel energized and was glad to start giving away my bigger clothes! Also, I had blood work done to see if I was a type 2 diabetic, ( just keeping check after having gestational diabetes twice) and my A1C came back 5.1! 5 years ago, it was 5.3. I'm so thankful my husband surfed YouTube until he found your videos, Dr.Berg; you've really been a positive impact on us!!

  3. I don't know whether there's a video about what food mimics oestrogen (like soy), but if there isn't one, I hope there will be one because 'oestrogen food' is something I never heard about.
    I would also like to know what exactly happens in the body when consuming such food, and also whether it has the same effect on men.

  4. I've been free weight exerciseing for a year, and now found you. I started this 5 weeks ago and quit exercise for now. I gained 40 pounds and sizes exercising, but am now losing size from a correction in my diet. You make perfect sense to me.

  5. So what’ the deal with me? I’ve never had thin thighs! Even as a little girl I was very thin, but always stronger and I bit more muscular than the girls and a few boys too. I got muscular legs from my dad. My very thin son also has muscular legs, I think he has a male version of my body. His waist is smaller than most guys his size too. When at a great weight I had a 23.5” waist.  I doubt it’s all estrogen when I look at them. I think my body defies this theory, some of our physic must be genetic!

  7. What about those women who have very less period and also weight is high with thyroid and heavy on the lower part sagging belly n thighs?
