  1. Isn't it interesting how one person saying one thing, can destroy so
    much approval, so much good? It's true, and why so many people are so unhappy.

  2. Don't understand. It is common sense. Everyone knows this and they still don't do it. One way or the other, they will still not do it. Stress is not avoidable. Sugar is very tricky because to lower the stress we eat sugar. So, would lowering the stress help avoiding sugar? Yes, but then you get bored, and then you eat sugar again. It is deadly cycle. So, would exercise harder help, yes, and it has many more benefits as well. You can't totally eliminate sugar or stress. Even if you exercise, you create stress. So, lets exercise more. We can't break that cycle, but we can at least give body chance to fight.

  3. Dr. Berg I initially found your channel while desperately searching for information about Hormones & Menopause. In 6 weeks I have balanced my Cortisol & Insulin by following your guidelines!! My hot flashes are gone & I’ve lost 8lbs. I have been a Type 2 Diabetic for about 5 years and am looking forward to turning my health around. Loosing the 30-40 lbs I have gained over the last 15 years will be great too!


  5. If I am to avoid stress, I should avoid going to my doctor who wants to put me on a statin because my cholesterol is too high from eating a high fat diet.

  6. I though it’s impossible to get rid of that fourteen pounds of fat, but “fetching tuti space” (Google it) proved me completely wrong. It was very easy to shed that extra fat as soon as I began! I have been on each and every diet plan known to mankind, simply to fail miserably at all of them. Nevertheless, this diet aid has been the best.
