Drink Water to Lose Fat! [Summer Shredding Principle # 3]

Hey Guys,

I cannot overstate the importance of DRINKING WATER! This one is soooo important. I know it’s not fancy, but yes WATER good old H20 can help you lose the fat. In this video I will explain why.

Thanks and God Bless,
Ron Williams – Natural Bodybuilder of the Decade

Water is a useful tool in your weight-loss arsenal, but drinking it has no direct effect on stomach fat. To lose the stomach jiggle, you need to embark on an overall fat-loss plan to slim your entire body; then, your stomach will shrink proportionately.

Water is calorie-free, and may help you eat less at your meals. One study, published in Obesity in 2015, found that drinking water before eating helps promote weight loss. The researchers found that people who drank 2 cups of water before each meal lost about 3 pounds more — over a 2-week period — than people who didn’t drink water before their meals. And while there’s no such thing as spot reduction — so the study subjects lost weight from all over, not just their midsection — losing weight will flatten your stomach, too.

  1. Mr Ron Williams makes only meaningful videos. He is one of the few 0n the You tube that keeps the quality of his videos high no matter the quantity.
In other fitness U Tube channels people cannot maintain that quality and most often repeat themselves and the viewers don't like it. But not mr Williams, Mr Williams is on a mission, a mission to help others realize their dreams and he believes it.
How important is to believe it? Well its fundamental. It keeps you on track when the going gets tough when things dont go your way thats where faith also enters. Whatever is faith for everybody this is fundamental.
God bless you mr Williams. You are an exceptional role model.

  2. Bottled water has chloride and sodium, sulphate, bicarbonate, calcium, potasium, nitrate… Any idea whats good or bad. Where the heck can i find distilled water though?!!! Aint available in grocerry stories

  3. Hi Ron, I have a question. I'm in my mid 30's and I weigh about 250 right now. I only have dumbbells at my place to work with and I am trying to improve my physique. I eat pretty well and healthy. However I don't take any supplements because I believe in being all the way natural. My question is it possible for me to build a lot of muscle with only dumbbells and my current diet? Your advice and feedback is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  4. Ron what concentration minerals should you put in the distilled water? Ive hear 1 teaspoon of himilayian pink salt per gallon?

  5. The water you are talking about is city water. I live deep in the country and I have a well. My water source is tapped into an underground spring. I drink my water.
