  1. Nitrates be dammed, I love my Bacon and Spam! Take a vitamin C and get your colon checked every 3 years (The Dr.s will flip out on you, trust me), and fire up the grill!

  2. Hi Doc,
I think it is a bad idea to suggest eating 3 meals per day. People wil watch this video and not hear the "eat when you are hungry" message. I work very hard every day so my first meal of my day is usually 3 duck eggs and about 6 strips of very fatty bacon. (I get my bacon from a local hog farm that raises pastured American Guinea hogs. They are very fatty pigs) Sometimes I am not hungry again until the following morning so I do not eat "lunch" or "dinner." it's better to completely empty the stomach and small intestine before adding more fuel.

  3. Makes sense, I eat Bacon on occasion, this is good to know not too much lean but some fat, thank you for this information, Dr. Berg.

  4. I experimented a lot with nutrition and I can say that raw fat on a raw and dry duckbreast is very delicious. Raw fat is not dangerous but all processed food because they are not grew on a tree. Oh, and of course you will not get fat when you eat raw fat ! Except you are a Eskimo 🙂

  5. ok, trying this. my dietician at the clinic told me to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day…….. and I am always famished!

  6. This video changed my life! Bacon is my favorite food and I use it in almost everything I cook! I thought it was horrible for me, but yay!!!!

  7. Be careful with bacon the bible forbids eating pork it is an unclean meat not fit for human consumption and if you do some extensive research on how pigs live and consuming pork meat you will understand why you want to avoid this meat especially if you are worried about getting or having parasites!
