  1. Low carb fad diet youtubers are a bunch of witch doctors. There is no scientific evidence to support anything that this guy is saying. If anything there is scientific evidence that contradicts everything that this guy is saying.

  2. People who try to talk over other people's heads usually don't know what there talking about. It's a lot of double talk designed to confuse, in order to elevate one's self in the eyes of the audience. Sorry, but I'm not impressed and apparently neither are many of the people who come to your site.

  3. This is why America is the most obese.People believing creative excuses not to eat healthy and watch what we eat. SMH

  4. There IS no such thing as bad food, it always has context. If you try to lose weight, then obviously sugar is a bad idea, but if you are trying to refill liver glycogen, then sugar is perfectly viable.

  5. Im on the wrestling team and i weigh 140 and wrestle 138. Im a junk food junky and ive dropped down to 132 in like 5 days by just eat less than half a meal a day. So it worked for me. But i also had wrestling practices allowing me to lose like 2 3 pounds at a time

  6. Okay but listen, if you eat too much in the beginning and that’s why you’re gaining all the weight, isn’t it going to work to eat less? Because if the amount of food you’re eating is unhealthy. And you change to a more healthy amount..and keep eating that amount like forever…then you’ll keep the weight off, right? (Of course you have to eat the right food)

  7. This guy promotes intermittent fasting yet disproves less calories for weight loss. IF is pretty much calorie restriction. I've been doing the warrior diet as a vegan for over a week now and the pounds are melting off me.

  8. Sorry to say this is not true cause I have barely eaten food with high calories and I lost weight pretty quick

  9. Dieting does NOT cause massive metabolic slowdown ( only slightly). So all the starving people around the wold are obese???? it's simple thermodynamics geeze Dr Berg! come on

  10. What, Have you ever heard of if it fits your macros, well let me tell you it's some magical formula.. you should try it… man, they should put money on teaching more nutrition on medical school ….
