  1. I did exercise l did diet for my bell I have good body but my belly is getting Ugly I tried to fix it by exercise and diet but it’s not working exactly I understand now thank you doctor God bless you

  2. First time I totally disagree with Dr. Berg. I went on a diet, exercised, and lost my belly in 3 to 4 weeks. To the point you could see my abs. My main exercise was walking too.

  3. I find that HIIT helps me in the long run with my high cortisol though? Like i do it and yes sometimes my adrenals feel taxed after it and i get flare ups but after a while my symptoms seem to clear up and i become healthy again. Is it possible that it can taz your adrenals and help at the same time?

  4. Dr Berg when. The stress is lowered does the stomach fat just melt away or are there other measures that need to be added to remove the fat?

  5. So to all the fatties out there, you being fat is not your fault, it’s your boss!! The last thing you need is to give unhealthy people yet another crutch to prevent doing what is necessary which is eat less and move more.
