  1. About 7-10 ounces of leafy greens… I don't have that kind of money! It would cost me about 35 $ + per week just for me, and I have a husband and three children!!!!! What about other vegetables? If I eat 4 ounces of leafy greens and 3 ounces of brocoli, plus some cauliflower rice, is that OK? Does it have to be leafy greens?

  2. Omg! I usually eat more than 16 cups of salad a day on my regular diet, plus I eat fruits about 5-6 cups. I never know I eat too many salad as recommended.

  3. How about just blending it up in a blender with water, oil and vinegar etc and drinking it so your jaw doesn't wear out over the years lol. Seems ligit to me.

  4. Well, my salads usually are about 4 leaves of Romaine and two good handfuls of spinach. Not sure how many cups that would be. I also have a cup and a half of either steamed broccoli or cauliflower. So I think I meet the criteria but not every day.
