  4. My father who died at 77 started jogging at 50 and then what started out as a hobby became more professional (went to competitions and won trophies and medals)..but back at that time when he started the 80´s it was a fad to be high on carbohydrites…specially for runners…and there was a book that was supposed to be the Bible..that was "Eat to Win" I remembered very well it said that fat was burnt at the flame of the carbohydrates…so I remember very well that my father was slender..but never could get rid off his mid-section fat…I didn´t know why if he trained a lot!!! he ran some marathons in his 60´s….at the very end of his life he started to feel and act "stiff"…never got a diagnosed of arthyritis..but I thought it was because of aging and that was "normal" in anybody at a certain age….then suddenly a very high risk cancer developed in his belly (retroperitoneal sarcoma…malignant hystiocitoma)….and he went down very fast from being healty to die…(surgery and conventional treatment such as quimo and radiation didn´t do nothing good)….I miss him a lot and always think if insulin could have played a rol in his cancerous tumors developing, he ate a high carbohydrate diet (pasta and lot´s of fruits)…lean proteing..and no alcohol..and trained a diet he had was the opposite Dr.Berg is I realise…that might have played a rol.

  5. I have been on a roller coaster for the last 2 years. Doctors blaming menopause as my problem with weight gain. I normally weigh about 140ish, but since January 2017 I have gained 30 lbs. It has depressed me greatly! I have tried calorie counting, exercise programs, personal trainers, supplements, nothing has helped me. I have seen countless doctors trying to diagnose all the symptoms I have been experiencing. This video brought me to tears because of the enlightenment it brought me, I felt like you were speaking about my life over the past few years. My son sent me to this video to encourage me, and it surely has!
