  1. Apples are bad but bacon and eggs are good? Oh boy. He covered every single ill symptom in existence figuring everyone has at least one or two of what he mentioned. This is one long infomercial for his kit and his book. I agree with a few things he said. Get some sleep, walk and of course the month long vacation to a private island wouldn’t hurt.

  2. Dr. Berg: When legs and arms become thinner, and belly fat accumulates, what stage of Adrenal Fatigue is that? Is that reversible?

  3. Dr Berg!! Help!! My sister has a very red chest that feels a little raised up off the skin. Some areas look like a red dot with little red spider veins coming off of it. My mom had the same thing! We can’t figure out what is going on. She doesn’t drink alcohol! Any ideas?

  4. What if you are disabled and can not walk much at all? Is there a good excersise? I have to use a wheelchair a lot because I am a fall risk.

If we can also factor in meditation every day, this totally free practice is an excellent investment to soothe away stress and significantly assist in restoring balance which has a direct effect on the adrenals.

  8. Fruit sugars are actually perfectly healthy I never ever ever get fatigued from fruits. In fact we should all be frugivores for maximum health. Only unnaturally created sugars make me feel horrible. Every time.
