  2. I don't get my menstrual cycle every month..one time I didn't have it for almost a year..and when I do finally have it lasts up to months..the longest was three months, how can I fix this? I heard taking birth control is supposed to help but then there's also people saying it made it worse.

I was 85kg, then by dieting and training went down to 65kg in About 3 months…..until i needed a knee surgery and gained all the weight back, Ive Been trying all again, 6 meals, 1 meal, a little cardio, weights, carnitine-chromium, etc, you name it. I can't lose not 1 single kilogram anymore, my habits are really bad since trying it's just not working, all efforts produce little to non existent weight loss!

  5. I got good tips, will work 100% of the times.
    Here it is, thank me later. 1. Buy a travel insurance.( will save your life) 2. Buy a week long plane ticket to India. 3. Eat their food and live among locals.
    You stomach will feel like a bomb exploded inside and diarrhea for months Thats when the travel insurance comes handy. You will be send home to your country eventually because Indians can’t treat you properly. NP, happy to help. My friend did this and he has never been skinnier.
