I fear enourmous wheight gain suddenly in two years,id rather die,hear this:Im almost 38 and five five and fluctuaye from 90-98 i was anorexic and naturally thin for 28 years,no kids or husband,just me,my lowest was 80 pounds over a year ago,im not doing this,no,i have no cellulite even and im menstruating again for the past 8 months every month,so 2 years im going to be huge?nope,i screwed with nature and broke its wrist,now ill always look something like this..i hope.

  5. Jeff Mcilroy- I've done 2 months worth of research on Keto, Paleo and Veagan. I noticed that everone on all three diets were losing weight and feeling great, so I had the same question as you. Finally, corrrect or not I came to the conclusion that all of these diets work UNLESS you combine the food groups then you start gaining weight and having health issus. I myself tried Keto for a month and lost 10 pounds which was my goal; but I didn't feel that it was an appealing diet longterm for me. I really wanted to become a Veagan but, after trying it I've decided it's not for me; because I constantly feel hungry. So since I'm looking for a "lifestyle" diet, I will probably do Paleo.     You are so right, that the keto diet helps with the mood and general feeling of healthiness.
    I’m surprised how much better I feel on the keto diet, with no hunger or pain, and a happy heart, a cheerful outlook.
    I must have had candida before, when I was eating sugar, keeping me in a chronic state of feeling ill with a gnawing craving feeling in my stomach. Now that has gone away, I feel comfortable. Maybe the insulin resistance is gone too. I feel so much better.

  7. Am I the only one that did not lose so much weight in the first couple of weeks?!
    Within 6 weeks I have lost 10 lbs, very gradually.

  8. My husband and I started keto July 3 and already we're feeling great. I've lost 10lbs and no cravings at all. Our Dr told my husband and I that he couldn't get off his high blood pressure even when he got it under control, he would have to take them for ever to maintain his HBP level. Isn't that crazy!! Well needless to say we're finding a new Dr. But it is getting easier every day. Keep you in touch to tell you how we're doing.

  9. Most of my weight is below my waist and legs. I'm post menopause I feel like this keto diet isn't working for the weight won't budge. Trying intermittent fasting, I exercise 4 days a week. Had bloodwork my ALT were H 39 and my serum phosphorus was H 4.7 but my triglycerides were 56 WHAT AM I Doing WRONG

  10. Dr. Berg, I too have a success story which I owe it to you. I am blessed with my mother's thin genes and never had any weight issues. I'm 5'4" and at my heavies I was 136. However, after the menopause I developed 'love handles' which I just couldn't get rid of. Being in my 60s I made peace with them. A month and a half ago I came across one of your videos. As all YouTube videos, one led to another, and another. I binged watched them all. I had never felt hungry in the morning and always ate 3 meals a day to do the right thing. The idea of intermittent fasting gave me permission to skip breakfast and gradually & naturally transitioned to one meal a day. When I started this way of eating, I weighed 127 lbs. in 1.5 months I dropped 11 pounds, a big percentage for me, without even trying. What is more amazing, is that the love handles are melting away. And, I'm eating the way I always wanted to, but, incorrectly thought was the wrong way. Thank you!
