  1. I hate Spinach and Kale Raw.  However, when I cook them lightly in a little butter in a wok and put a cover over it and stream them down, I really like it.   Is this acceptable for leafy greens?

  2. but doctor eric berg
some one told me egg yolk has too much bad cholesterol and this is dangerous for for fatty liver and increase triglycerides
    sir pls do guide
can i consume egg easily for my fatty liver and triglycerides to overcome

  3. Can you drink vegetables by making raw juice, or does all the sugar in vegetables like carrot and beets turn to fat this way.

  4. I do not have a gallbladder anymore and having trouble having bowel movements it feels like something and stuck

  5. You said on other videos that Atkins don't advocate for veggies. I read his book and he never ever said anything like that. I went from 200 to 129 on Atkins and ate lots of veggies, berries, cream, bacon and other meats. I always had veggies and lost so much weight. I am now doing keto and intermittent fasting and it seems the weight is slower to come off because of more fat on keto. We are still learning keto and I am not sure if eating more fat burns more fat. The only difference from Atkins I see is more fat on keto and yes everyone wants to hop on the bandwagon with all the natural and organic. That was that preached when actors first came out in the 70s. I am sure of Atkins was alive he would evolve into the whole natural and organic stuff. I am cool on limited my fat. By the way. On Atkins my liver units were 138 and went down to 35 units. I agree with u for the most part but not when it comes to what you or anyone about being dissolutional when it comes to not having veggies on Atkins and liver went to normal.

  6. I love Dr Berg's low tech videos. No music or flashy graphics. So refreshing to see someone pull out an actual book!

  7. It's breaking down the fat..not storing it anymore.. that book describes a temporary issue… It's still healthy…. no worries..

  8. Dr. Berg lately i’ve heard some people claim that consuming too much Apple Cider Vinegar can cause a decrease in your Potassium levels. Is there any Truth to it, or is that just a big Myth?

  9. Quick weight loss stresses the gallbladder too. My surgeon asked if I recently lost weight the last few months.

  10. Kyle DoneI'm 27 years old and I've eaten like crap most my life. 4 weeks ago I made a life change. And cut all processed foods out my diet. I lost 16 pounds in 4 weeks. Starting liftingnheavy weights Recegot a blood test. My chlroestrol dropped from 400 two years ago to 111. My a1c dropped from 5.9 to 5.4. My blood pressure dropsed from 170/95 to 133/83.Overall I feel better but what's worrys me is liver function. Two years ago got uktra sound and said had. Mild enlarged liver. Well my function test was.Ast 68. High normal range was marked at 40 so 18 higher. Alt 134. High normal range is 46. So about 90 above. My doctor didn't seem to be concerned. Is this serious liver damage or can this be completely reversed with years of eating right? I feel it is important to mention I don't drink at all. Haven't had a single drink in 6 years and I read lifting weights and body flushing the toxins from my old bad lifestyle could of raised my alt. Thank you for any advice1 second ago•

  11. Don't like salad? Take a dinner plate, put a big pile of spinach (for potassium) or salad greens on top, put some dots of Dijon mustard, sprinkle some olive oil, sprinkle some (garlic) salt, and set your chosen piece of cooked animal flesh on top. It looks fancy (presentation is everything) and the greens act as a sop for the delicious cooked animal drippings. Yes, you still have to eat the greens, but they'll taste like cooked animal drippings, so…

  12. When you say “drink your salad” does that mean that I can shove it into a mixer and drink what comes out? I generally drink two big shakes of broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach, curcumin, coconut butter and ginger. I’ll also throw in some olive oil in there occasionally. I also eat salads at work pretty often for lunch but I generally mix the salads at home to save time and to make sure that I actually eat them. Sometimes I wonder whether putting it all into a mixer is bad somehow.
