  1. I think i will do the one meal a day diet and eat whatever i want during that meal and thus allowing the insulin to spike for only once. Because the main aim is not to allow the production of insulin many times a day.

  2. this was fantastic…I really needed this encouragement and direction..on the whole30 and im trying to fix my sleep because I can't loose the weight (just ordered your stress massager) you are so right about focusing on "non scale victories" I need to remember im not just doing this for weight loss but for overall health and healing my  very sick body.

  3. hello doc iam pastry chef and have shifts 12 to 14 hrs i do catdio in night and weight training in morning have 2 meals consisting salad and protein but some time i eat breads and little sugar will it effect my fat loss

  4. Could you do a video regarding how to ge veggies in? Especially regarding sautéing/roasting. Does the cooking affect the nutrients?

  5. Dr. Eric…muscle is not heavier than fat. It is more dense. If I lose 5 pounds of fat and gain 5 pound of muscle…my weight is still the same.

  6. Keep strong Dr. Eric Berg. MDs often act like fire fighters, either the curriculum is wrong or the prevention approach is not their field of study or they intentionally working for business. I'm an Ethiopian senior pharmacist, diagnosed to have per-diabetes by an internist, 5 years ago. He warned me not to stop carbs and prescribed 2 medications that I know them all. I started the metformin but refused the toxic Glibenclamide (Daonil). I'm successful to keep it at 120mg/L by modest exercise and avoiding (minimizing) carbs and drinking avocado daily. But that was challenging until I see your videos that I can eat fat (butter). Even with low amount of fat, I get satisfied and strong the whole day. My usual avocado (with 1 raw egg shake) in the morning and Evening the veggs and fish….thanks God….I feel healthy and comfortable.

  7. Great video Dr. Berg. As an RN I witnessed first hand (for years) how the same old advice didn't work for people. I was so excited to find Keto, lose weight, and get so much healthier. Also, raw pecans are my achilles heel!
