  1. Oh my, you’ve outdone yourself. Why is insulin a problem? Insulin is generated by the pancreas when you eat…period…. more sugars (carbs) more insulin. I’m a vegan and eat carbs all day and I’m far from fat.

  2. I'm sorry, but fruit is NOT something to be avoided!! I'm so tired of people in this "health" industry promoting such a dangerous idea. The largest wellness study ever conducted (the Global Burden of Disease study – look it up) came to the conclusion that the #1 cause of diet related deaths is due to not consuming enough FRUIT! And there are hundreds of other controlled, diversified, and/or epidemiological studies that prove that fruit in the body actually levels out blood sugar! Don't drink fruit juice, sure, but whole Fruit is amazing for our bodies! It's also the primary source of antioxidants of any food group. Wanna scavenge those free radicals? Look younger? Recover faster illness, stress, or injury? Eat fruit! At least 4 servings a day!

  3. Not even Fruit in the morning?
Will I have all necessary nutrients? Or is B12 and other to be added? Would be nice to have a video with that topic!

  4. Thank you for such great information. I am wondering about Apple Cider Vinegar?? I have been told by a few people that it softens your teeth and it destroys your teeth? Is there any truth to this? I take acv often for many things! Keep going with all the latest health information!

  5. I thought high fat foods overload the pancreas? My daughter has pcos and from what I know fat makes it worse bc the insulin doesn't get used properly

  6. LOL
hes surely not aware of the all potato diet and dr walter kempners rice diet and the 1.73 billion chinese eating rice .

  7. As a vegan eating things like berries and lentils help get you closer to your full vitamins, minerals, etc. I think it’s more important to focus on how can a vegan eat the most nutritious balanced diet.

  8. They always say that when we skip meals…We Lose muscle..Is that true…I'm loosing weight and I'm getting lose skin..I'm 60.. I've seen older lady's with firm skin..Please Help

  9. Dr. Berg, thanks for your video. I recently saw a TED video of a physician specializing in nutrition and according to his research, different foods result in differing insulin levels in the blood of different people, i.e. it is always dependent on the person. I can have pasta and it would cause no significant insulin secretion in my body, whereas my boyfriend can have from the same pasta and he would be in food coma right after eating it. Do you agree with this research? Because according to your video, everyone should be avoiding the same things if they want to decrease their insulin levels in the blood.

  10. your next meal is OLIVES AND ADVOCADOS . That will never be me. I am on the starch solution and the weight is dropping off. Thanks
