The Big 3 Key Principles to Losing Weight and Burning Fat with David Wang

In this video, I take you back in time to a fitness related photo-shoot (yes, I compiled footage from last year) to share with you 3 fundamental tips and principles behind weight loss, burning fat, and leaning down in optimal condition to obtain a ripped, lean and defined physique.

Even though I was already decently lean prior to my cut, these big 3 key principles can be generalized to anyone trying to lose weight.

In order to lose weight optimally, it is key to focus on the three following concepts:

(1) Creating a caloric deficit relative to your metabolism, age, weight, height and activity level

(2) Focusing on an optimal and adequate level of protein to help keep you satiated, maintain muscle mass and stimulate protein synthesis throughout the cut

(3) Incorporating progressive overload throughout your resistance training protocol to continue to help you maintain your hard-earned muscle mass so you can lean down and bring the best physique possible – whether you are just trying to lean down for the summer, a photo-shoot or other events.
