  2. HEY DOC!! advertising guy here, the pop-up window that appears during your presentation to offer 10% off adrenal capsules doesn't make clear that it is related to your video. Its a mosquito-like distraction from your presentation and its not clear its being offered by YOU, or clear it is a treatment for the conditions you are describing. I would not do the pop-up till the end, and I would explain you have a formulation on offer, and then have a picture of the pills and a link to order pop-up only at the END of the presentation, after you've introduced the product and finished explaining the problem your product solves. Don't distract all the way through the video with another annoying buzz-fly of a pop-up when the internet is rife with such distractions. Make it clear at the end you have a product that solves it, THEN pop it up in an order window or link that takes people to your store. Only the curious, bored or desperate will click on it if they don't know its from you. The approach I describe might double your sales.

  3. why do i have more dreams since starting a caloric deficit/ keto, and upper body exercises? I do sleep more and i take naps if i know i won't make the 8 hour sleep a night.

I love all your info I wish I was closer to get a better read on my body but I am on drenamie by standard process Im now on thyrostem also and wonder what ells I should be taking , I started having heart palpatations in november do to the stress im under so i love listing, Im overweight and train 5 days a week I have a ranch and im constently cleaning horse stalls and riding, taking care of my disabled mother so life had been difficult and after my hystorectomy I have struggled with my weight I crave chocolate all day long with I know is low seritone leavels and spent years not sleeping so im really trying to change my life you have been very helpful

  6. Dr. Berg, first of all, thank you for these videos… I've been binge watching all night, and continue to do so for a while. My question is this: I work night shift. What's the best way to fix my sleep so that I feel better? I'm constantly exhausted, whether I sleep 6 hours or 12 hours. I try my best to keep to my schedule, even on my days off, but I don't always get to do that. Anyway, I just wanted your opinion. Thanks!

  7. hi Eric,im a weight-lifter, how can i get the best from food to see muscle size better, i m a type b blood group ,yet my diet consist of a lot chicken as part of animal protein.

  11. "Nutrition" should mean nutrition and not "buy my product" :-/ Come on, you did soo many good vids about how and what to eat to be more healthy in general or regarding Keto and now its just the pills?
